校安中心反詐騙宣導-「移動帳號詐騙」主要利用民眾對LINE等通訊軟體機制的不熟悉,騙取您的簡訊認證碼或帳號資料,藉此將您的帳號轉移至詐騙集團的裝置上,進而冒用您的身分向親友借錢或進行詐騙。 Campus Security Center Anti: Account transfer scams” primarily exploit people’s unfamiliarity with the mechanisms of communication apps like LINE to trick you into giving up your SMS verification codes or account credentials. By doing so, scammers transfer your account to their own devices, subsequently impersonating you to borrow money from your family and friends or to commit further fraud.

一、常見詐騙手法

1.假冒親友求助:詐騙集團盜用您朋友的帳號後,傳訊息聲稱手機壞掉或LINE異常,需要您幫忙接收「簡訊認證碼」或執行「移動帳號」來協助驗證。

2.釣魚活動連結:假借「幫寵物投票」、「免費貼圖」或「抽獎活動」,要求您點擊假網頁並輸入LINE帳號、密碼及認證碼。

二、防範與自保原則

1.認證碼絕不外流:任何情況下,千萬不要將簡訊認證碼、驗證碼或移動帳號2.認證碼交給任何人。官方人員或朋友都不會向您索取。

3.關閉「允許自其他裝置登入」:平常若無使用平板或電腦版LINE的需求,可在手機版LINE點選「設定」>「我的帳號」,將「允許自其他裝置登入」關閉。

4.LINE設定中-移動帳號選項-省略2階段認證切勿開啟,以防詐騙集團盜用LINE個資。

5.拒絕不明引導:不要隨意掃描來路不明的行動條碼(QR Code)或點擊可疑網址。

三、帳號若遭盜用怎麼辦?(黃金時間自救)

1.立即再次登入:在新手機重新登入您的LINE,若能成功登入,詐騙集團的手機就會被強制登出。

2.更改密碼:登入後立刻前往「設定」>「我的帳號」變更密碼。

3.通報與求助:若無法登入,請立即至 LINE客服問題反應表 填寫表單回報帳號被盜,並撥打 165反詐騙專線 報案。

一. Common Scam Methods

1.Impersonating Family or Friends: Scammers hack into your friend’s account and send messages claiming their phone is broken or LINE is malfunctioning. They will ask you to help them receive an “SMS verification code” or execute an “account transfer” to assist with verification.

2.Phishing Activity Links: Under the guise of “pet voting contests,” “free stickers,” or “lucky draws,” scammers trick you into clicking fake websites where you are asked to enter your LINE account, password, and verification code.

二. Prevention and Self-Protection Principles

1.Never Share Verification Codes: Under no circumstances should you ever give your SMS verification codes, OTPs, or account transfer codes to anyone. Official staff or real friends will never ask for them.

2.Turn Off “Allow Login from Other Devices”: If you do not use LINE on a tablet or computer, go to “Settings” > “My Account” in the mobile app and disable “Allow login from other devices.”

3.Keep “Skip 2-Step Verification” Disabled: In your LINE settings under the Account Transfer options, never enable “Skip 2-Step Verification” to prevent scammers from stealing your personal data.

4.Refuse Unknown Directions: Do not scan QR codes from unknown sources or click on suspicious links.

三. What to Do If Your Account Is Hacked? (Golden Hour Self-Rescue)

1.Log In Again Immediately: Re-log into your LINE on a new phone. If you log in successfully, the scammer’s device will be forcibly logged out.

2.Change Your Password: Once logged in, immediately go to “Settings” > “My Account” to change your password.

3.Report and Seek Help: If you cannot log in, immediately go to the LINE Customer Support Center to fill out the account hacking report form, and call the 165 Anti-Fraud Hotline to report the crime.
