校安中心反詐騙宣導-【釣魚連結！假冒「綠界科技」的訂單詐騙！】 Campus Security Center Anti: Phishing Link Alert! Fake “ECPay” Order Scam!

近期許多民眾收到假冒「綠界科技（ECPay）」的訂單簡訊，並附有「查詢商品進度」的連結，一旦點擊，就會進入偽造的官方網站。

該網站會要求你輸入身分證字號、信用卡號及手機驗證碼，一旦你輸入個資，詐騙集團成員便會進行線上盜刷，或再假冒「銀行客服」聯繫你並引導操作ATM轉帳！

遇到這種畫面，請立刻關閉網頁，並確實做到以下三件事：

1.核對商品真實性

2.切勿點擊簡訊連結

3.善用官方防詐工具

真正的第三方支付平台不會透過簡訊要求您在不明網頁輸入信用卡詳細資訊與驗證碼。

Recently, many citizens have received fake order SMS messages impersonating “ECPay.” These messages contain a link to “check product delivery status,” which directs users to a fraudulent official website once clicked.

The phishing site will prompt you to enter your ID number, credit card details, and mobile verification code (OTP). Once you provide this personal information, scammers will immediately conduct unauthorized online transactions, or contact you under the guise of “bank customer service” to manipulate you into making ATM transfers!

If you encounter such a page, please close it immediately and ensure you do the following three things:

1. Verify product authenticity
2. Never click on links in SMS messages
3. Make good use of official anti-fraud tools

Legitimate third-party payment platforms will never request your credit card details and verification codes on unverified web pages via SMS.
