詐騙集團會誘導民眾：
1.購買新手機
2.下載不明APP
3.綁定信用卡
4. 輸入「**21*」設定來電轉接
一旦設定成功，銀行查證電話、驗證碼通知都可能被詐團攔截，導致信用卡遭盜刷、投資帳戶被盜用！
校安中心提醒：
1.不下載不明APP
2.不提供帳密與驗證碼
3.不依指示輸入「*21」
4.有疑問立即撥打165反詐騙專線查證！
Fraud syndicates are using a sophisticated new tactic to steal your information. They will guide victims to:
1.Purchase a new mobile phone.
2.Download suspicious or unknown Apps.
3.Link credit card information.
4.Dial 21* to set up call forwarding.
Once successful, the scammers can intercept bank verification calls and OTP (One-Time Password) notifications. This allows them to make unauthorized credit card purchases and drain your investment accounts!
Campus Security Center Reminders:
1.DON’T download unknown or unofficial Apps.
2.DON’T share your passwords, account details, or verification codes (OTP).
3.DON’T follow instructions to dial 21* or any unfamiliar codes.
4.STAY VIGILANT: If you have any doubts, immediately call the 165 Anti-Fraud Hotline for verification!
