校安中心115年暑期期間學生活動安全注意事項宣導：犯罪預防宣導聰明用網不踩線，正當休閒保安全！ Campus Security Center Notice for 115th Summer Vacation Student Activity Safety: Crime Prevention—Use the Internet Wisely Without Crossing the Line; Keep Safe with Wholesome Leisure Activities!

充實的暑假已經開始，在放鬆身心的同時，也別忘了維持高度的法治觀念與自我保護意識。校安中心特別整理以下三大「犯罪預防與安全守則」，提醒同學們切勿因一時好奇或同儕煽動而誤蹈法網，共同守護平安假期！

1.網路行為要自律，尊重隱私不觸法

隨著網路與行動載具的普及，科技犯罪與網路違法事件頻傳。請同學們切勿從事飆車、竊盜或參加非法組織等活動。在虛擬世界中更要謹言慎行：嚴禁非法散布謠言影響公共安寧、違法上傳或散布不當影片、入侵他人網站或篡改資料。 請務必尊重他人隱私與智慧財產權，避免觸犯電腦犯罪相關法令。

2.兒少性剝削防制：堅守「四不原則」與正確AI觀

近年網路性剝削及黃牛亂象衍生的網路性暴力事件頻傳，甚至有心人士利用AI進行Deepfake（深偽）技術製造不當影像。校安中心呼籲大家建立健康的上網觀念，並嚴格遵守「不拍攝、不分享、不轉傳、不持有」同學或他人的裸照與私密影像。

(1)遭遇危機怎麼辦？ 若不慎遭遇私密影像被散布，請保持冷靜，立即向衛生福利部「性影像處理中心」（https://siarc.mohw.gov.tw/ ）舉報協助移除影像，並同步通報警方、社政單位或學校學務處與輔導室。

(2)求助專線： 撥打 110（警政專線）。

3.遊戲用槍勿亂玩，認清標章安全第一

市面上遊戲用槍（如空氣槍、BB槍）購得容易，但若使用不當極易造成人身傷害。提醒同學們切勿購買或把玩非適用年齡的遊戲用槍商品，更不可對人、動物或行進中的車輛進行射擊。購買時請認明合格安全標章，並在安全合法的指定場地、配戴防護裝備下使用，以確保自身與他人的安全。

多一分法律常識，少一分受害風險。鼓勵大家多從事正當的體育與休閒活動，祝大家度過一個自律、平安、健康且收穫滿滿的精采暑假！

A fulfilling summer vacation has begun! While relaxing your mind and body, please do not forget to maintain a strong sense of legal awareness and self-protection. The Campus Security Center has specially compiled the following three major “Crime Prevention and Safety Rules” to remind students never to defy the law out of mere curiosity or peer pressure. Let us protect our peaceful holiday together!

1.Exercise Self-Discipline Online: Respect Privacy and Stay Law-Abiding With the widespread use of the internet and mobile devices, tech crimes and online illegal incidents have become increasingly common. Students must strictly avoid participating in street racing, theft, or criminal organization activities. In the virtual world, you must watch your words and actions closely: it is strictly forbidden to illegally spread rumors that disrupt public peace, unlawfully upload or distribute inappropriate videos, hack into others’ websites, or tamper with data. Please make sure to respect the privacy and intellectual property rights of others to avoid violating computer-related criminal laws.

2.Prevention of Child and Youth Sexual Exploitation: Uphold the “Four No’s Principle” and the Right Perspective on AI In recent years, cases of online sexual exploitation and online sexual violence stemming from ticket scalping chaos have occurred frequently. Criminals are even using AI-driven Deepfake technology to manufacture illicit images. The Campus Security Center urges everyone to build healthy internet habits and strictly abide by the “Four No’s”: Do not take photos, do not share, do not forward, and do not possess any nude or intimate photos/videos of classmates or others.

(1) What to do in a crisis? If your intimate images are unfortunately leaked or distributed, please stay calm. Immediately report the incident to the Sexual Image Processing Center of the Ministry of Health and Welfare (https://siarc.mohw.gov.tw/) to request assistance in removing the images. Simultaneously, notify the police, social administration authorities, or the school’s Student Affairs Office and Counseling Center.

(2) Emergency Hotline: Dial 110 (Police Hotline).

3.Do Not Play with Airsoft Guns Carelessly: Identify Safety Labels and Prioritize Safety Recreational guns (such as air guns and BB guns) are easily accessible on the market, but improper use can easily cause severe personal injury. Students are reminded never to buy or play with recreational gun products that are not appropriate for your age group, and absolutely never shoot at people, animals, or moving vehicles. When purchasing, look for certified safety labels, and only use them in safe, legal, designated venues while wearing proper protective gear to ensure the safety of yourself and others.

An extra ounce of legal common sense brings a ton less risk of victimization. Everyone is encouraged to engage in wholesome sports and recreational activities. Wishing you all a self-disciplined, safe, healthy, and incredibly rewarding summer vacation!
