During the summer vacation, all kinds of online apps and mobile games are dazzlingly abundant, but it is also easy to get overly absorbed, leading to strain and damage to your neck, shoulders, wrists, and eyes. The Campus Security Center reminds all students to manage your time wisely during the summer break, avoid relying too heavily on 3C products, and work together to cultivate good habits for “Healthy Internet Use.”
To help students keep their digital habits in check, the Ministry of Education has specifically launched a free “Digital Toolkit” (URL: https://gov.tw/bLU), which contains rich, illustrated operation manuals and instructional videos. Students can use this tool to easily set your own phone screen time limits and filter out inappropriate web content such as violence and pornography.
Let’s build the right digital literacy together, protect our physical and mental health through self-discipline and technology, and have a fulfilling and wonderful holiday!
