115學年度班代座談會，各班建議事項收整說明 115 Academic Year Class Representatives Seminar: Guidelines for Collecting and Organizing Class Suggestions

學生事務處將於115年11月26日（週四），日校於12：00時，進修部於18：50時，假L棟國際會議廳，召開本(115-1)學期『與師長有約–班代座談會』，會議當日請學生會代表、班代表出席會議，如有相關建議事項請先行對全班調查並以群體性、勿以個人情緒做為反映，提出之建議，並詳述時間、地點、人物及發生事實（未詳述說明將不予受理），如有一般事務性問題，請先向相關單位提出(例如學校公物損壞、電燈閃爍等維修…等)。

建議事項表為紙本，日間部將置放於學務處前班級櫃、進修部將放於教務處的班級櫃，各班領取後，如有建議事項的請寫清楚並請導師簽章，並於115年11月6日(週一）22：00時前送回校安暨軍訓室(B105教室)，以利彙整轉送相關單位回覆，逾期送達請改在現場發言，未送回將視為無意見，為維護班上同學權益請務必把握時效，避免延宕整體作業。謝謝！

Dear Class Representatives,

The Office of Student Affairs will convene the “Meeting with Faculty and Administrators: Class Representatives Seminar” for this semester (115-1) on Thursday, 115/11/26. The meeting will be held in the International Conference Hall in Building L. The session for the Day School will begin at 12:00, and the session for the Continuing Education Division will begin at 18:50. Class representatives are requested to attend the meeting on the scheduled date.

If you have any suggestions or recommendations, please survey your entire class in advance. All submissions should represent collective feedback rather than individual sentiments. When submitting suggestions, you must provide detailed accounts including the specific time, location, individuals involved, and facts of the event (incomplete details will not be accepted). For routine administrative or operational issues—such as damaged school property or flickering lights—please report them directly to the relevant departments for maintenance first.

Please fill out the form below, obtain your class advisor’s signature/stamp, and return it to the Campus Safety and Military Training Office (Room B105) before 22:00 on Monday, 115/11/06, to facilitate compilation and forwarding to the respective departments for responses. Submissions received after the deadline will not be processed in advance; instead, please raise your points during the floor discussion at the meeting. Failure to return the form will be deemed as having no feedback. To protect the rights and interests of your classmates, please strictly adhere to the timeline and avoid delaying the overall process.
