115年度國家防災日地震避難掩護演練流程”2026 National Disaster Prevention Day: Earthquake Drill Procedures”

115年度「國家防災日地震避難掩護演練」，配合國家防災日115年9月21日上午9時21分預警簡訊發布時同步進行演練，並利用校園廣播系統發布地震演練訊息，全校各棟大樓上課師生實施1分鐘地震避難掩護演練，地震間歇後緊急疏散演練，請全校師生配合演練，當日演練流如下：
1.地震演練發布前21分鐘(上午09時):校園廣播測試。
2.地震演練發布前15分鐘(上午09時06分):各大樓引導組人員至各樓層樓梯口及疏散集合場就位。
3.地震演練發布前12分鐘(上午09時09分):校安中心人員至各棟大樓協助秩序維護。
4.地震演練發布前10分鐘(上午09時11分):全校廣播，請授課老師配合演練實施先期說明，講解趴下、掩護、穩住動作及避難三步原則。
5.地震演練發布前5分鐘(上午09時16分):廣播地震演練說明。
6.地震演練發布時(上午09時21分):廣播地震發生，請教室內師生立即就地避難掩護(趴下、掩護、穩住動作)。
7.地震演練發布後1分鐘(上午09時22分):廣播地震間歇，請教室內上課師生由老師帶領，各棟大樓引導人員依規劃之路線進行避難疏散引導。
8.地震演練發布後5分鐘(上午09時26分):廣播請各任課老師於疏散地集合後實施人員清點，並向大樓指揮官回報班級人數。
9.地震發布後10分鐘(含)以後時間，依各大樓當時狀況由大樓指揮官自行決定宣布演練結束，師生返回教室繼續上課。

Workflow for the 2026 National Disaster Prevention Day Earthquake Evacuation and Shelter Drill
1.09:00 AM (21 mins before drill): Campus broadcasting system test.
2.09:06 AM (15 mins before drill): Guiding team personnel for each building must take their positions at stairwells on all floors and at the evacuation assembly grounds.
3.09:09 AM (12 mins before drill): Campus Security Center personnel will deploy to various buildings to assist in maintaining order.
4.09:11 AM (10 mins before drill): Campus-wide announcement. Instructors provide preliminary explanations to students regarding the “Drop, Cover, and Hold On” actions and the three principles of earthquake evacuation.
5.09:16 AM (5 mins before drill): Broadcast of the earthquake drill instructions.
6.09:21 AM (Drill Starts): Broadcast announcing the earthquake. Instructors and students in classrooms must immediately take shelter on the spot (Drop, Cover, and Hold On).
7.09:22 AM (1 min after start): Broadcast announcing the earthquake has subsided. Instructors lead students out of classrooms, and guiding personnel direct the evacuation along designated routes.
8.09:26 AM (5 mins after start): Broadcast requesting instructors to conduct a roll call at the evacuation site and report class attendance numbers to the Building Commander.
9.09:31 AM onwards (10+ mins after start): The Building Commander will officially declare the end of the drill based on the situation of each building. Faculty and students return to classrooms to resume lessons.
