近年有許多真實法院判決，有人僅以 1,000 元 的價格，將自己實名申辦的 SIM 卡賣給詐騙集團。結果詐團用這張卡騙走了被害人 4,330 萬元！法院最終判決：轉賣卡片的人必須全額連帶賠償 4,330 萬元！

1.為什麼沒餘額了，還是犯法？

因為台灣門號採實名制。只要是用你的名字辦的卡，不論裡面有沒有錢，一旦被詐騙集團拿去發簡訊、打電話騙人，你在法律上就是詐騙集團的「幫兇」！

2.轉賣 SIM 卡的悲慘下場

(1)刑事責任：留下「幫助詐欺」與「洗錢」的刑事前科，面臨坐牢危機。

(2)天價賠償：被害人被騙多少錢，你就必須全額連帶賠償，一輩子薪水被強制扣薪、信用破產。

Recent real court rulings show that someone sold their registered SIM card to a fraud syndicate for just NT$1,000. The syndicate then used this card to scam a victim out of NT$43.3 million! The court’s final ruling: the person who sold the card must pay the full NT$43.3 million in joint liability damages!

1.Why is it still illegal when there is no balance left?

Because phone numbers in Taiwan operate under a real-name registration system. As long as the card is registered under your name, it does not matter whether there is money inside. Once a fraud syndicate uses it to send texts or make calls to scam people, you are legally considered an accomplice to the fraud syndicate!

2.The Miserable Consequences of Selling SIM Cards

(1) Criminal Liability: You will get a permanent criminal record for “Aiding and Abetting Fraud” and “Money Laundering,” facing a real risk of jail time.

(2) Sky-High Compensation: You must pay full joint liability damages for whatever amount the victim was scammed. Your future salary will be legally seized, and your financial credit will be ruined.

If you or a friend have accidentally handed over a SIM card, please do this immediately:

(1) 【Terminate the Number Immediately】
Take your dual IDs to your telecom provider’s store right away. Request to suspend and terminate the number! You must stop scammers from using your name to defraud others.

(2) 【Report and Surrender to the Police】
Keep your original chat histories and transaction/remittance records. Go to a police station to surrender voluntarily before the police track you down. This is your only chance to ask the court for a reduced sentence!
